I ran across a site today named 25 Peeps.com. Its an interesting site and something that seems to have been online for quite a while, I’m surprised I have not ran across it before, which goes to show how big the web is and how many gems are still out there waiting to be discovered. The way it works is that people submit their personal weblogs with a picture and then people visit 25Peeps and if they like your picture then they click through to your Blog. Google Speaks up on Pics next to ads

A lot of people have been placing images next to Google adsense ads the past few months. I’ve seen a lot of videos and eBooks that even recommend this practice. I for one always thought it was probably against the TOS even though Google had never actually said anything. Well they spoke out today at http://adsense.blogspot.com/ and gave specific examples of how this was not an approved practice.
If you are one of the people who have been doing this you may want to take action and make some changes. I wonder what all these people are going to do that have thousands of sites out there built just for Adsense. Even if they have the code in one file, it is still going to take a while to update all those sites to comply. Better to spend the time than to lose your account.
