10 bucks / day plus a few affiliate sales is not too bad.
Would love to have additional 300 per month.
Failure in reaching a goal is not so important – IMHO it is important to take action and follow a plan (otherwise you get distracted and cannot monitor your progress).

Btw, nice blog – lots of interesting stuff here. Just read the “Do attractive women sell better online?” post which i also found quite inspiring.

I sort of got sidetracked on another project and did not really follow through on this one. Of course the niche I picked really did not have the amount of traffic that Google was originally telling me it had. I guess was can call this one an epic fail as I am only pulling in about 10 bucks a day in Adsense and I’ve only made a couple of affiliate sales from the site.

This is a great idea. Most people fail because they have nothing pressuring them into succeeding. If you have the whole world watching it will help you out. I heard somewhere that making the first $1 is 90% of the work. After that it will just be around 10% of the work.

Some of them are real and some are just me updating posts. I’ve pulled in a few visitors from the SE’s already but no where near what I will need to be pulling in.
