This has gotten me to thinking about content strategies for Blogging. DoshDosh has an interesting post about how to develop a content strategy. Everyone knows that content is king, but its very easy to get caught up in the flow and not really think about how each blog post contributes to your long term strategy for your blog. Whether your blog is designed to create Adsense revenue or Affiliate revenue the type of content you develop will determine how successful your blogging activities are. I’ve never really developed any sort of strategy for this blog, but it is definitely something I’m going to be thinking about a lot as I work towards my goal for Quitting my day job.
