Well it seems that Tiffany Dow is back with the Squidoo Challenges for the last of the year. I decided to play along so I can see how well Google Trends is actually working for identifying potential niches. I decided to try out the current craze around Black Friday ads and see if ever.com lenses can rank as well in the Search EnginesĀ as Squidoo lenses do. I’ll keep everyone posted to see if the lense I created actually works at bringing in traffic. I decided not do a lot of promoting of the lense other than a couple of links out on the web so the SE’s can find it. That way I’ll know how the ranking works in regards to whether Google gives additional weight to top search terms or whether it makes no difference at all. I’m exposing a niche here, but IĀ doubt it matters as I’m sure everyone is running Christmas Type sites on the web at the moment. If you are not you should be putting up a site as they cna make you a decent little bit of cash for the end of the year. Lets see how it goes.
