Visitor Sense Review

I’m not sure if everyone has heard of the Visitor Sense videos put out a couple of months ago by JP Schoefell of Ethics Cash. Well, I was invited to the pre launch of the videos, so I basically got them for free. I had purchased JP’s Adsense Firesale 2 a few months ago, but never really used it. After watching the Videos I decided to do a little test of his techniques.

There are some black hat or at least gray hat techniques used in site creation in these Videos. I always say not to do this and then I do it, so I guess I’m being a little hypocritical here, but the truth is that I did it and I profited from the techniques. Because I actually did profit then I thought I would share my experiences. Out of respect for JP, I can’t actually tell you how the system works. If you want to know that then you will need to pay his fee.

What I can tell is that in the Videos, JP shows you how to create a site on a particular niche and takes you step by step through the process he uses. Whether or not you subscribe to the way he builds sites or not, there is some god information in there on site promotion.

Since I already had the tools on my hard drive, I decided to give it a shot and see how it worked out. I only built one site using these methods and its dead now( hint it was a Christmas Site) I did some research for keywords using Word tracker, I took those words put it into his software, grabbed about 50 articles from various article directories, registered a domain name, and put up the site. This entire process took me less than a couple of hours. You can probably ascertain now that this was a generated site.

I did not do everything that JP recommended as far as different methods of revenue generation. I basically just put some PPC ads on the site. I did to worry about trying to find any affiliate programs like Amazon or any form CJ.com to put on the site. In hind sight that was probably a mistake. Once the site was live, I submitted the sitemap to Google and did some social bookmarking on various sites. These efforts provided a few dollars in a few days. This all happened around the end of November right before Thanksgiving in the US. I figured I may be able to get a few clicks from people looking for after Thanksgiving sales, well that part was correct and I earned enough to pay for my domain name registration.

The site was indexed fairly well by Google and the other major SE’s by this time and I was pulling in a few visitors a day through the first part of December, on average of 50 uniques a day. I was converting at about 5% and making a few dollars, but most of the revenue was not really what I call high value so I just kind of forgot about the site and moved on to some other better paying methods on my other sites.

Well, this is where the kicker came in on the 21st, I noticed a fairly extensive increase in my earnings and I could see if was coming from the Christmas site. In one day the site went from pennies a day to over $30 a day. Not a lot of but still a nice gift and since I had only put about 3 hours total into the site I judge it as a success. For the past week Google has been sending that site hundred’s of visitors every hour and they have been converting at about 14%. It’s over now, but I have managed to pick up another $150 dollars of revenue this month as a result.

This is the reason I’m writing this post. $150.00 does not mean a lot to me and my revenue, but to some this would be a lot of money, thus why I’m sharing.

I don’t really recommend these techniques as a long term strategy, but if you need a short term win then you may want to give it a shot. The domain name you use is probably going to get banned and I see my results for the Christmas site being pushed out of Google as I now write. I’m going to take the site off line until next Christmas and then will probably build a real Christmas site out of the domain. Perhaps Google will forgive the site by then. If you want to check this out for yourself then you cna do so at Visitor Sense
