I ran across a blog post today at CopyBlogger that is really great. The post is a little dated, but its so relevant to what most internet marketers need that I wanted to post. Traffic is the life blood of any online venture. Without a constant flow of traffic a website can not live long. The best way to get traffic is to write quality content and to keep writing it, but this is hard to keep up if you are not seeing any benefits from your tasks.

One of the ways of helping your site is to get a lot of quality links from other related authority sites in your niche. This is a difficult exercise, but well worth the effort. You may not see the benefits immediately, but a good link can bring in more traffic for your site than a lot of on page search engine optimization. So go out and spend some time getting your links.
